Refunds & Exchanges 

All sales are final unless the product arrives with visible damage or defect.  If your product shows visible damage (e.g., broken seal, leaking formula, defective packaging), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo of the damage.  Once verified, we will replace the damaged product or offer a credit for the purchase value.  We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any change of mind, opened product, or normal wear and tear of the product.  We recommend verifying your shipment upon delivery and storing the product according to the care instructions to maintain quality. 

Use & Liability 

The product is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of irritation, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.  Results may vary depending on individual skin type, usage frequency and lifestyle factors. The claim of “reduced appearance of stretchmarks in just 8 weeks” is based on consistent use as directed; individual outcomes may differ.  Renelle Cosmetics assumes no liability for misuse of the product or off-label use.

Governing Law 

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms.
